Krista is an Associate with Linley Welwood. She attended Trinity Western University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2009. Krista began articling in January, 2010 with the predecessor firm of Linley Duignan. Since then, she has gained experience in a variety of litigation and real estate matters and was called to the Bar in December, 2010.
During law school, Krista assisted in researching, writing, and editing the 5th edition of Principles of Administrative Law (Carswell). Krista participated in Student Legal Services and in the Faculty of Law's annual law show. Krista spent her last semester of law school on exchange at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Krista lives in Abbotsford with her husband. She enjoys mountain biking, running, learning to golf, and traveling.
