About Linley Welwood LLP
In May 2010, Linley Duignan (formed in 1971) and Welwood Wiens Warkentin (founded in 1990) merged their practices to form Linley Welwood. We have carried on the tradition of service and excellence of our predecessor firms.
At Linley Welwood, we operate as a team. The staff and the lawyers work together in an “open door” environment in order to provide the best possible solution to the task at hand, while always respecting the confidentiality and importance of our clients’ concerns.
We focus on personal injury, wills and estates, business law, real estate and family law. Where possible, we keep our clients out of court, but when necessary, we fight for their rights and best interests.
We are also deeply involved in our community. Both as a firm and individually, we have supported and continue to support organizations like Run for Water, the Fraser Valley Brain Injury Association and the Chamber of Commerce.
Our office is wheelchair-accessible, with free parking available. We are centrally located in Abbotsford, convenient to clients from Langley, Chilliwack and throughout the Fraser Valley. We are North of Hwy 1, off the Clearbrook Road Freeway exit.
Punjabi is spoken in the office, and we can arrange for other language services as well if necessary.
