What does ICBC have to pay upfront? A discussion on Part 7's

ICBC Accident Benefits, also known as, Part 7's are the "no-fault" benefits payable to individuals injured in a car accident. A Part 7 claim is called a no-fault claim because the victim of the car accident is not required to prove that anyone else was at fault for the accident prior to receiving any benefits.
