As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you are the graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program and have a keen interest in working in corporate records. In this position, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to record-keeping, filing, billing, minute book reviews and incorporations. You are self-motivated, you have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Our firm is seeking an intermediate to Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our team!

The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 4 years of Corporate Law experience, and be a graduate of an accredited Paralegal program. As the successful candidate for this opportunity, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to managing a variety of commercial transactions from start to finish including asset and share transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude with the ability to handle competing priorities.
